Overview
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work closely with the legal team and business stakeholders across the company. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of legal and commercial matters in a fast-growing international technology business.
You'll support commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory projects, employment matters, intellectual property and legal operations.
What you’ll do;

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements using approved templates.

Manage the contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals and contract database administration.

Support international commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers and strategic partners.

Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, resolutions and company secretarial filings.

Coordinate legal due diligence for fundraising, financing and strategic transactions.

Assist with employment law matters, including preparing employment documentation and supporting HR projects.

Support intellectual property management, including trademark portfolios and confidentiality agreements.

Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions.

Assist with regulatory matters relating to aviation, privacy, technology and consumer law.

Manage relationships with external counsel.

Help develop legal templates, playbooks and internal policies.

Support compliance initiatives and legal operations projects.

Undertake general legal administrative tasks as required.
Requirements;
-
A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
-
3-8 years' experience as a paralegal or legal executive (in-house or private practice).

Excellent drafting skills.

Strong organisational and project management abilities.

High attention to detail.

Commercial awareness and practical judgement.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable qualifications

Experience in a technology company.
