Accounts Administrator - Mercedes-Benz Wexford

Mercedes-Benz Wexford is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.

We're looking for someone with solid, practical accounts experience who enjoys working in a busy office environment. This is a varied, hands-on role covering the day-to-day accounts function, making it ideal for someone with previous experience who is looking to join a supportive team with long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Prepare supplier payments.
Assist with payroll processing.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end accounts preparation.
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
Respond to account queries from customers and suppliers.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or similar accounts role.
Strong knowledge of day-to-day accounts procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience is an advantage).
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
