About the Role

David Grey Rehab has grown organically over 6-7 years into a trusted name in rehab and performance coaching, built on a strong personal brand, a loyal audience, and premium products. Marketing does not have a proper owner - this role changes that.

We're looking for a senior digital marketer who can come in, quickly identify the gaps, and start closing them without needing constant direction. You'll own the strategy and the execution across paid media, email, content distribution, and SEO - working alongside our existing media buyer and content team rather than replacing them.

This isn't a role for a specialist who does one thing brilliantly, and it isn't a junior or graduate role. We need someone who's run the full spectrum of digital marketing before, understands consumer brands, and can be trusted to take a project and bring back results - not just questions.

Why DGR:

Marketing strategy + commercial growth

Help shape the overall marketing strategy, identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable increases in revenue.

Paid media / Meta

Work closely with our current media buyer to manage and optimise paid campaigns, particularly across Meta, with a clear focus on profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Email / CRM

Build and improve email campaigns and customer journeys that increase engagement, conversions, retention and revenue. Experience with Klaviyo is an advantage.

Social media / content distribution

Maximise the commercial impact of our existing content by getting it in front of more of the right people and turning attention into leads and sales.

Analytics / SEO / Optimisation

Use data to measure performance, identify what’s driving results and continuously improve our marketing efforts and return on investment.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has several years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Has managed Meta advertising campaigns
Understands paid acquisition beyond simply boosting posts
Has strong email marketing / CRM experience
Understands conversion funnels and customer journeys
Is commercially minded and comfortable working with numbers
Can interpret data and make decisions from it
Has experience testing, learning and iterating
Can work independently and take ownership
Is proactive and brings ideas rather than waiting to be told what to do
Has a genuine interest in health, fitness, sport or rehabilitation

Pay: €50,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
