Pepe's Restaurant in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, E45YK46 is seeking a passionate Pizza Chef to join our team. If you have a flair for creating mouthwatering pizzas and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Applicants must be able to start work by 04.08.2026.
You need to be able to reliably commute if you do not live in Nenagh.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
Serving food from 4-9.30pm (No crazy late nights)

Requirements:

Proven food handling experience.
Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
Pizza making experience, ideally Neapolitan, but not essential as training can be given.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Passion for food industry.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to our menu specifications and quality standards.
Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and consistently of high quality.
Operate pizza oven efficiently and monitor cooking times to achieve the perfect crust texture and colour.
Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15-€16.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nenagh, County Tipperary: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

professional kitchen: 1 year (required)
HACCP: 1 year (required)
