We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Excavator Driver to join our team on an active construction project based in Drogheda. The successful candidate will be a competent, safety-conscious operator with a proven track record on civil engineering or groundworks projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate 360° excavators of varying sizes (5T – 35T) safely and efficiently
Carry out excavation, bulk earthmoving, and grading works
Install drainage, ducting, and service trenches to specification
Work closely with site foreman and project team to meet programme targets
Carry out daily pre-use checks and maintain plant in good working order
Comply with all site safety rules, risk assessments, and method statements
Assist with general site duties as required

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' proven experience operating 360° excavators
Valid CPCS Card (A59) or equivalent CSCS/IPAF certification
Valid Safe Pass card
Manual Handling certificate
Strong knowledge of health & safety on construction sites
Ability to read and interpret site drawings and levels
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Desirable

Experience with GPS/machine control systems (Leica, Trimble, or similar)
Experience on civil engineering, road, or utility projects
Valid full driving licence

Pay: €13.86-€26.75 per hour
