Full job description

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team at Ballyhass Childcare Facility CLG, Ballyhass, Cecilstown, Mallow P51 AT21. We are seeking fun, enthusiastic Early Years Educators (30hrs) term time. We have an opening for an AIM Support worker in our preschool. The working hours are between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

Requirement:

Minimum Qualification: FETAC/QQI level 5
A passion for working with children
Ability to work as part of a team and to work on own initiative
Commitment to Continuous Professional Development
Two written references for verification
Garda Vetting completed prior to starting

Desirable:

Manual Handling, First Aid and Food Hygiene Training
2 years’ experience working in a childcare environment
A working knowledge of Aistear and Siolta
Experience using a programme (eg. Child Paths, Little Vista) for record keeping
