The right candidate must have

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and telephone skills and have empathy and patience dealing with patients
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
Excellent organizational skills
Experience working in a GP surgery or healthcare environment would be a distinct advantage
Willingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiative
