Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance in their culinary career who wants to learn in a dynamic, supportive environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all sections of the kitchen while helping deliver a fresh, seasonal menu for both the bar and food truck sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation and basic cooking under supervision of senior chefs.
Learn and rotate through different kitchen stations.
Ensure prep areas are clean, organised, and stocked.
Follow recipes and instructions to maintain quality and consistency.
Uphold kitchen hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
Support the team during busy service periods.
HACCP management and record keeping

Requirements:

At least 3 year’s experience in a similar role is essential
Genuine passion for food and a desire to learn.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
Ability to work calmly in a busy environment.
Willingness to train and grow within the role.
