Tactical Team Field Merchandiser

Location: Clare/Galway, servicing the South West of Ireland
Field-Based Role

Salary: €28,080 per annum
️ Lunch Allowance: €6 per day worked
Company Vehicle Provided

Fuel Card Included

Performance-Based Incentive Bonus Scheme

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. If you enjoy being on the move, building relationships, and creating eye-catching in-store displays, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Reporting to the Tactical Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are displayed to the highest standards, helping to drive sales and deliver an excellent experience for our retail partners.

What You'll Do

Visit stores and follow your assigned journey plan
Ensure products are displayed in line with planograms and promotional guidelines
Maximise shelf space and secure additional display opportunities
Rotate stock and monitor product availability
Check pricing and shelf-edge labels are accurate
Capture before-and-after photos of displays
Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
Report competitor activity, sales opportunities, and store feedback
Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Deliver excellent service and maintain high merchandising standards

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, proactive attitude
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Previous experience in retail, merchandising, customer service, or a similar environment is desirable
Full driving licence and willingness to travel between stores

Requirements

Full clean manual Irish/EU Driving Licence
Comfortable using technology and mobile devices for reporting and capturing store activity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships in store
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple store visits and priorities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great results
Previous retail, merchandising or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
