Full job description

Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team in a full-time, on-site role.

This is an opportunity to create high-quality print and digital design for global brands across the sporting and luxury hospitality sectors. Working across a diverse range of projects, you'll help bring campaigns, publications and brand identities to life. If you're passionate about outstanding design, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning ideas into impactful creative, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery, working closely with our creative, marketing and production teams to produce work of the highest standard. The role includes:

Design premium print collateral, including advertising, brochures, catalogues and event materials.
Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing and online campaigns.
Develop branding, logos and visual identities that reflect premium brand standards.
Prepare artwork for professional print production.
Contribute creative ideas from initial concept through to final delivery.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and QuarkXPress.
Experience designing for both print and digital.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout and colour theory.
Strong branding and logo design skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience creating professional content using Canva Pro.
Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality execution.
A willingness to learn new technologies, techniques and design trends.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Motion graphics and video editing experience.
Adobe After Effects.
Final Cut Pro.
