Full job description

Clare Vehicle Testing Centre is a family run business located in Clarecastle, Co Clare.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our friendly team.

Role & responsibilities:

Manage all bookings.
Check in customers, taking payments and raising invoices.
Answering phone calls & emails.
Provide administrative assistance to members of the team.
Basic bookkeeping, daily reconciliation and end of month accounts.

Skills required :

Excellent communication/ customer service skills & professional telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team.
Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word and email.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of Sage accounts & BrightPay would be an advantage.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Excellent rates in an extremely secure employment sector.
