We are looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of our team, build strong relationships with the children and families in our care, and contribute to creating an environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.

The Role

As a Full Time Early Years Educator, you will:

Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through meaningful play based experiences.
Build warm and positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Plan and deliver engaging activities based on children's interests, development and individual needs.
Encourage children's confidence, independence, creativity and curiosity.
Support daily routines including mealtimes, toileting, nappy changing and transitions.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to provide a consistently high standard of care and education.
Contribute your own ideas, interests and creativity to the setting.
Maintain high standards of practice in line with Tusla regulations and Little Minds policies and procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a recognised Early Childhood qualification.
Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
Be caring, enthusiastic, patient and reliable.
Be creative, energetic and full of ideas.
Enjoy getting involved in all aspects of preschool life.
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
Work well as part of a team.
Take pride in providing high quality care and learning experiences.
Be looking for a long term, full time position within a supportive and welcoming team.
