With 9 showrooms situated at Airside near Swords, a further 5 at Navan Road and our Bray dealership, we are located close to the motorway network and easily accessible from all areas of Greater Dublin.

Bright Motor Group is currently recruiting a Warranty Administrator at our Navan Road dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, customer-focused professional to build a rewarding career with one of Ireland’s leading motor retailer groups.

Role responsibilities:

To maintain and operate the service warranty procedures in line with policies, working within the guidelines of the warranty manual provided by the manufacturer.
To build & submit all warranty claims to the manufacturer within the guidelines
Monitor claim progress accessing manufacturer systems at least on a regular basis
To invoice all warranty jobs using the manufacturer’s standard repair operation times
To set up and maintain an adequate filing system for job cards, credit summaries, claim submission acknowledgements
To retain documents in line with the manufacturers guidelines.
Support dealership warranty audits in line with the agreed timetable.
Regularly check manufacturer warranty bulletins for any new developments and promote best practices across the division

What we are looking for:

Experience as a Warranty Administrator in the motor industry essential.
Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Desire and attitude to succeed with the drive to continually exceed targets
Knowledge of DMS systems and a good technical understanding of vehicles is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
