Sales Support
Location: Unit D5, Swords Enterprise Park, Swords, Co. Dublin
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Pay: €32,500.00 per annum

About Renovotec

Renovotec is one of Europe’s leading providers of barcode scanning, rugged mobile computing and warehouse technology solutions. We work with well-known brands across logistics, retail, manufacturing, food production and transport. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our Dublin team.

The Role

Working in a technical administration/sales support role, and as part of the already strong Sales Team, your daily duties would be varied and will include taking responsibility for:

· Managing and developing designated customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

· Supporting the external sales team with quotations, pricing requests and customer enquiries.

· Following up sales leads, enquiries and quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.

· Preparing accurate customer quotations and sales documentation.

· Processing customer orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

· Coordinating purchasing activities and maintaining supplier communications.

· Managing and tracking evaluation equipment stock.

· Maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems.

· Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

· Assisting with supplier evaluation questionnaires, bid submissions and the completion of customer tender documentation.

Working Pattern

Monday – Friday
37.5 hours per week
Shift: 09:00–17:30
On‑site in our Dublin office

Person Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Be highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

· Have good people skills and be able to work as part of a team.

· Be computer literate and have good attention to detail.

· Be proactive and able to work under own initiative.

· Have a good standard of education including GCSE Mathematics and English grades A-C (or equivalent).

Due to the location of the office, it is recommended that a personal vehicle be available.

Essential

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive, proactive approach to work.

· Good standard of education, including strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Desirable

Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration or customer service role.
Experience preparing quotations and processing orders.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Experience within a technical, distribution or technology-based business.
Knowledge of purchasing or supplier management processes.
