Full job description

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Visitor Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of one of Ireland's leading visitor attractions.

Working closely with the Finance and Visitor Experience teams, you will ensure the accurate processing of daily sales, cash reconciliation, invoicing, reporting and month-end administration while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Visitor Experience business.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily sales transactions, invoicing and cash reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, sales analysis and KPI reporting for management.
Maintain accurate accounting records and post transactions within SAP.
Support month-end processes, including reconciliations, stock reporting and VAT administration.
Manage customer invoicing, statements and payment allocations.
Coordinate financial administration relating to group bookings, venue hire and online sales.
Maintain accurate documentation and electronic filing in line with company procedures.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate financial administration.
Provide general administrative support to the Visitor Experience and Finance teams.

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least two years demonstrated experience in a similar role and industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP
Is highly organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail
Enjoys working with numbers and systems
Enjoys problem solving and reaching solutions
Can confidently manage multiple projects at once
Enjoys working as part of a team and taking ownership of their work

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
