Recruitment Coordinator

Cork, IE (Initial Training will be completed in Glasgow)

€30,000 per year

Full-time | Start Date: TBC

Are you confident on the phone, highly organised, and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our established and growing team in Cork.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, administration, sales, or customer-facing roles who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven, and people-focused environment. Full training will be provided, including one week of training in Glasgow, which candidates must be able to commit to prior to starting full-time in the Cork office.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a central role in the recruitment pipeline while also providing key administrative and PA support. Acting as the first point of contact for candidates and visitors, you will help deliver a smooth, professional, and engaging experience while supporting the day-to-day organisation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the recruitment pipeline from application through to interview and placement
Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls
Engaging confidently with candidates, discussing roles and promoting opportunities
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Welcoming and hosting candidates attending interviews or office appointments
Supporting successful candidates with onboarding and compliance documentation
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within recruitment systems and databases
Managing the business owner’s diary and calendar, scheduling meetings and interviews
Providing PA and administrative support, including coordination of appointments, inbox management, and general office administration

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, administration, PA, sales, customer service, or a similar people-focused role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diaries and competing priorities
Confident and professional telephone manner
Personable, enthusiastic, and motivated by connecting people with opportunities
Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to commit to one full working week of training in Glasgow prior to starting full-time in the Cork office
