Experienced Part-Time Bartender

Errigal Country House Hotel, Co. Cavan

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our team at Errigal Country House Hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and works well as part of a professional team.

The Role

Primarily weekend shifts, with additional hours available during busy periods, holidays, and special events.
Opportunity for extra hours during wedding season and peak trading times.

What We're Looking For

Previous bar experience is essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
Ability to work well as part of a team while also using your own initiative.
Experience with cocktails and barista coffee would be an advantage but is not essential.
