Full job description

Site Manager | Clonmel
Salary: €Fully Negotiable depending on experience

Role & Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for coordinating and delivering all internal and external finishing works.
Manage subcontractors and finishing trades to meet strict programme and quality targets.
Drive high standards of workmanship in line with architectural drawings and specifications.
Monitor site progress and actively contribute to short-term and look-ahead scheduling.
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
Strong background in large-scale housing, duplex, or apartment developments.
Excellent understanding of premium internal finishes, sequencing, and modern building methods (ICF experience is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and local subcontractor management skills.
Ability to deliver top-tier quality while maintaining strict programme deadlines.
Valid Safe Pass and relevant construction credentials.
