Full job description

Somerton Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a part‑time Clinic Administrator (20–25 hours per week) to join our busy and friendly team in Blanchardstown Village. We currently have 9 physiotherapists working across our three clinic locations. This role is based in our Blanchardstown clinic.

The successful candidate will share responsibility for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the clinic. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will provide administrative support to our physiotherapy team. Full training on all clinic systems will be provided. As we operate Monday to Saturday, the ideal candidate would also need to be available on Saturdays and possibly one/two evenings. The position also includes a requirement to provide annual leave cover.

This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure to a wide range of business activities—from administration and operations to marketing—making it an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills and experience. Teamwork is central to how we operate, and we are looking for someone who can also work independently with initiative and motivation.

Skills & Experience

Minimum two years’ experience in an office environment.
Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, Office, Google Suite, and Mailchimp.
Willingness to learn our clinic software (Cliniko) and email marketing platform (Mailchimp).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Interest or experience in supporting marketing activities across various platforms.
Be fluent in English
