The HR Ops Specialist serves as a key member of the HRSC team, providing high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee inquiries, HR transactions, documentation, compliance, reporting, and HR administration. This role acts as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring accurate data management, timely issue resolution, adherence to company policies and local regulations, and a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR inquiries through People Assist (case management system), email, and other support channels.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, reporting and organizational changes, shift changes, leaves of absence, employment confirmations, and terminations.
- Prepare and maintain employment documentation, including employment letters, certifications, contract renewals, personnel files, and employee records.
- Manage and resolve HR cases in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, including UKG Pro, and other regional HR platforms.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening, onboarding activities, benefit enrollments, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee compliance requirements, including mandatory training, medical examinations, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address employee inquiries and ensure seamless HR service delivery
- Support compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies, internal controls, GDPR requirements, and HR procedures.
- Support audits, compliance activities, reporting requirements, and HR process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and drive operational excellence within the HR Solutions Center.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and HRIS systems, preferably UKG Pro & other regional payroll systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation, GDPR principles, leave administration, and employment documentation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skill is required.
- Additional European language capabilities are considered an asset.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Human Resources Administration, or a related HR support role.
- Experience supporting employees in a multinational or shared services environment preferred.
- Experience with case management tools and HRIS platforms preferred.
