Excellent customer communication skills; in person, via phone and email.
A positive ambassador for our brand, values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Strong planning, scheduling and team rostering skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and maintain high standards.
A thorough, up-to-date understanding of HACCP regulations and food safety best practices.
Ability to meet commercial targets, manage financial budgets and contribute to the overall performance of the business.
Confident using computer systems, including EPOS and Microsoft Office applications.
A genuine interest in quality food, wine and specialty coffee, with an awareness of seasonal products, customer preferences and emerging food trends.
Previous management experience within food retail, hospitality or a deli environment, with a strong understanding of retail operations.
A natural leader with excellent people skills and proven experience managing, motivating and developing a team.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training team members.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the store is well presented, fully stocked, compliant and operating efficiently at all times.
Excellent customer service skills.
Comfortable in a hands-on management role where no two days are the same.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
