Job Description Summary

Role Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (5+ Years Experience)
Location: Ireland (Carlow / Regional)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control: Overseeing project cash flows, cost planning, and monthly Cost-Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
Procurement: Issuing and evaluating subcontractor/supplier tender packages.
Contract Administration: Managing contractual variations, delay claims, and
dispute mitigation.
Leadership: Mentoring and supporting graduate or junior quantity surveyors.
Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with a main contractor or consultancy.
Chartered status with the SCSI or RICS is highly desirable.
Proficiency in software like CostX, Buildsoft, or Cubit.

Pay: €45,704.44-€94,476.05 per year
