We are now seeking a dynamic, organised, and commercially driven individual to join our team in a dual role as Golf Administrator & Corporate Golf Sales Executive.
The Role:
This role combines the efficient administration of daily golf operations with the proactive development of corporate and group golf business.
You will work closely with the Golf Club team, members, and visiting societies to ensure a seamless guest experience while maximising revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
This role will involve working closely with the Golf Club team, Golf Members and Golf Societies providing highest quality of professional service.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for golf members, visiting societies, and guests, ensuring a high standard of service

Manage all golf group reservations, and society visits using BRS and Opera
-
Handle all enquiries professionally and co-ordinate all aspects of golf group bookings, including BEOs, rooming lists, tee times, and dining arrangements
Membership & Financial Administration

Manage membership renewals, direct debits, and cash memberships
-
Oversee monthly direct debit processing and maintain accurate financial records

Administer cancellation policies and fees in line with company procedures
Sales & Business Development

Proactively source and generate new golf business across corporate and society segments

Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and new business

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up
Reporting & General Administration

Produce monthly reports on performance, revenue, and activity levels

Prepare and issue member communications, correspondence, and invitations

Maintain accurate systems, records, and general administrative processes
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, administration, hospitality, or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and booking systems

A genuine interest in the golf and hospitality industry
