Job Summary
The Beauty Therapist is responsible for providing a range of advanced beauty treatments and ensuring the highest standards of client care. This role involves performing brow, lash and laser treatments, facials and other beauty services while promoting the business’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform beauty treatments including brow and lash services, facials, waxing and other aesthetic services.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques.
- Train and mentor junior therapists, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Promote and sell beauty products, upselling treatments to meet client needs and increase revenue.
- Maintain detailed client records, noting treatment history and preferences.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to attract new clients.
- Handle client complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business targets and improve service offerings.
Qualifications
- Qualified Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent).
- Level 4 core qualification a bonus.
- Excellent Attitude to growth.
- Growth minded and open to upskilling and developing new techniques.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and current industry trends.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Industry brand training with Environ Skincare, Cynosure laser, DMK skin care , Circadia skin, Image skin care, Candela, Ultraceuticals are greatly beneficial but not compulsory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to continuous professional development.
