The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.</span></p><p><b>Meet the team:</b></p><p>The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right teammate to support the stand up of production in our Ireland factory as a Senior Supervisor in Manufacturing.</p><p></p><p>As the Senior Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a production team operating on one of our shifts to support our overall Business Units that operates 24/7. This position will set goals, establish priorities, manage resources, develop concepts and approaches, review production performance and results, and make decisions to ensure production deliverables are achieved. This job spends a significant amount of time leading a production team as well as mentoring other supervisors.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Front End Day shift</u>:</b><br /><b>This role is on a 12-hour day shift (7:00am – 7:00pm)</b></p><p><b>Every Monday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays</b></p><p><b>Following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Where you come in: </b></p><p>This list contains tasks that are typically associated with the job.
