B2B Inside Sales Executive

Location: Dublin (Office-Based)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

The Role

This is a key office-based sales role focused on generating profitable B2B sales growth. You will proactively develop new trade customers, grow existing accounts, identify sales opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service that builds long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Prospect and develop new business through proactive outbound telephone calls.

· Identify decision makers and qualify new opportunities.

· Build and manage your own portfolio of trade customers.

· Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into profitable sales.

Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate customer records within the company’s CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer queries, product information requests, and after-sales support.
Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Develop strong technical product knowledge of full product range.

About You

You'll have responsibility for developing your own customer portfolio and managing it as your own business. You enjoy winning new business, building long-term customer relationships and achieving challenging sales targets. You're naturally curious, confident on the phone and motivated by seeing your efforts translate into sales success.

Essential Requirements:

· A results-driven approach with the ability to achieve sales, revenue and profit targets.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong customer focus with a professional telephone manner.

· Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

· Organised, self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable Requirements:

· Proven experience in a B2B inside sales, internal sales or telesales role.

· Experience selling to the construction, hardware or manufacturing sectors.

· Knowledge of window and door hardware products.

Success in this role will be measured by:

New customer acquisition
Revenue growth
Gross profit achieved
Customer retention
CRM activity and pipeline management
Customer satisfaction
