Join Our Team!

Here at Next Gen Fibre we are a growing Internet Service Provider looking for a motivated and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines office administration, customer service, sales, and social media management. If you're organised, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

General office administration and day-to-day administrative duties.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Process new customer orders, account updates, and billing enquiries.
Manage and grow our social media platforms by creating engaging content and responding to customer messages.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Support the team with general office tasks and projects as required.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge.
Confidence using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Experience creating social media content is an advantage.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail sales, or telecommunications is desirable but not essential.
A willingness to learn basic internet and networking troubleshooting.
