We’re now looking for a Mixologist / Bar Lead to take ownership of cocktails, standards, and training across all All venues.
The Role
This isn’t just behind the bar — you’ll be the person driving the cocktail offering across the group.
Menus, training, consistency, standards — it’s all yours.
You’ll be working closely with management while staying hands-on where it matters: on the floor, in the rush, leading from the front.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create bold, high-impact cocktail menus that work in a fast-paced late bar environment
- Roll out menus across all venues and make sure they’re executed properly
- Train bartenders to deliver fast, consistent, quality drinks under pressure
- Bring energy and leadership to bar teams across all sites
- Keep drinks profitable — manage GP, specs, and portion control
- Work with suppliers and reps to keep things fresh and competitive
- Jump behind the bar when needed and lead busy services
- Keep standards high, even on the busiest nights
What We’re Looking For
- Strong cocktail background with real bar experience (not just theory)
- Experience leading teams or training staff
- Someone who understands late bar volume and speed
- Confident, organised, and able to manage multiple venues
- Creative, but practical — cocktails need to sell and work fast
- Big personality, strong presence, and leads by example
