The Ideal Candidate must be confident:

To help plan, oversee and manage the group's financial and accounting activities.

To produce periodic analysis and reports on the dealership's figures that inform and shape the future strategic direction and diagnose current organizational health and status.

Support the manager's while assisting in business processes to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Ability to take ad hoc duties as the arise.
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Prepare monthly & quarterly management account, financial reports, annual financial statements, and other necessary internal or external reports.

Implementing strategies to control costs, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing processes.

Creating budgets, cash flow projections, and various ad hoc reports as required.

Developing and implementing internal control measures.

Monitoring and managing the ledgers for creditors and debtors.

Supervising the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and personnel.

Providing support during year-end audits, tax return preparation, and the creation of financial statements.

Maintaining schedules and registers for the balance sheet.
Qualifications/Experience:
-
Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

Proficient numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail

Team management experience
-
Ability to work effectively under multiple and tight deadlines.

General proficiency in IT systems

Excellent communication & organisational skills
