Full job description

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Operations Administrator to join our office team.

This role involves managing customer records, processing orders, preparing information for the kitchen and helping ensure the right meals get to the right schools every day.

We're looking for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, has a good eye for detail, is confident using Excel and can work accurately to deadlines.

Maintain accurate records for all schools, customers and student accounts.
Update class lists, school calendars and customer information as changes arise.
Process school meal orders accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Prepare production reports, labels and dispatch paperwork for the kitchen.
Check orders for errors, missing information or unusual patterns before they are released to production.
Liaise with schools and parents to resolve account and order queries.
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure production information is accurate and up to date.
Support the administration of stock, purchasing and inventory records.
Assist with stock reconciliations and maintain accurate inventory information.
Help develop and improve our ordering and inventory systems as the business grows.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and reduce errors.
Work to daily and weekly deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Carry out general administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in an administration or secretarial role.
Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with data.
Be confident using Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software.
Be organised and able to prioritise their workload around deadlines.
Be comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks without losing focus or accuracy.
Be naturally curious and willing to investigate when something doesn't look right.
Be able to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
Work well independently while also being part of a small team.
Take pride in keeping information accurate and well organised.
Be reliable, dependable and committed to getting the job done properly.

Pay: €15.50-€16.00 per hour
