Monday to Friday | 8:30–5:00 or 9:00–5:30

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Logistics & Service Coordinator to join their operations team.

This is a key coordination role sitting between logistics, warehouse, service technicians, and customers, ensuring shipments move efficiently and field teams are scheduled effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating daily inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling carriers and preparing shipping documentation
Managing order fulfilment and inventory flow in collaboration with warehouse and procurement
Scheduling and dispatching service technicians for commissioning and servicing projects
Acting as the primary contact for carriers, vendors, and customers on logistics and service matters
Maintaining accurate documentation including bills of lading, PODs, manifests and service logs
Monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, service response time and delivery accuracy
Supporting process improvement initiatives
Coordinating cross-functional communication with sales, procurement, warehouse, and finance

What You’ll Need

2+ years’ experience in logistics coordination, service coordination, or supply chain operations
Experience working with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle etc.)
Strong Excel skills
Excellent organisation and prioritisation ability
Strong communication skills and customer focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
