Full job description

This position is not available for Summer Jobs/Students

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our team. This is a varied role that involves providing excellent customer service while helping with all aspects of the day-to-day running of a busy café.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering great food and coffee, we'd love to hear from you.

Early morning starts

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Taking customer orders and operating the till/POS system.
Preparing and serving teas, coffees, and other beverages.
Assisting with basic food preparation and presentation.
Delivering food and drinks to tables.
Clearing and cleaning tables promptly.
Washing dishes and maintaining a clean workspace.
Replenishing stock and monitoring supplies.
Opening and closing duties as required.
Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Working closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
A team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
Previous café, hospitality, or retail experience is an advantage but not essential—full training can be provided.
Barista experience is desirable but not essential.
