Job Purpose:
To provide general administrative support as part of the Education Team. This includes database management, general correspondence, filing, mail shots, event coordination, recruitment & selection administration support for DCCI Education Courses and dealing effectively with general information queries. Additional responsibilities will include liaising with ATU students and staff regarding general admissions and facilities inquiries. Maintain a professional, efficient level of customer service to all visitors, clients, suppliers and internal customers of DCCI.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Specific:
· Assist with recruitment, public relations and marketing activities.
· Co-ordinate the design and printing of relevant Course materials within timelines, budget and quality parameters.
· Administer the 'student lifecycle' from registration or admission to graduation or leaving for all long and short-term courses.
· Maintain accurate databases for all Education Courses.
· Provide general administrative support to the Education Managers.
· Provide support and assistance to Tutors.
· To support in the admissions and recruitment process as outlined by ATU, when necessary.
· Ensure high levels of quality assurance relating to administrative processes.
· Use information systems and prepare reports for internal and external use.
· Ensure budget and financial systems are followed in line with Company policy.
· Liaise with other administrative staff, colleagues, consultants, trainers and students.
· Liaise with partner institutions, other institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students.
· Work with members of the Education team on on-going events and activities
· Develop, plan, and deliver annual Future Makers awards, David Shaw Smith Legacy award and all other award event in collaboration with Head of Craft & Education.
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
