Job Description & Summary
A career within PwC’s Consulting Healthcare team offers the opportunity to work with leading organisations across Ireland’s health system on their most complex strategic, operational and digital challenges. As a PwC Director, you will:
Play a key leadership role in PwC’s impact in in Ireland, driving business development practice growth, developing market offerings and strengthening PwC’s reputation as a leader in healthcare transformation.
Operate as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare leaders, guiding clients through strategic decisions, regulatory and policy change, digital transformation and organisational redesign.
Shape and lead large-scale transformation programmes, helping clients enhance patient / service users outcomes and system performance, and bring data-driven insight, strategic clarity and operational excellence to a rapidly evolving sector.
Within PwC, create a culture of quality, integrity, inclusion and commercial discipline, championing diverse perspectives, fostering wellbeing and collaboration, and helping develop the next generation of leaders.

As a Director, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:

Act as a senior advisor to senior health system leaders, shaping transformation agendas across strategy, operations, digital enablement and service change and transformation .
Provide subject matter expertise across service redesign, service transformation, operating model, operational excellence , health workforce, digital health, or health technology.
