Full job description

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our friendly team as Bar and Floor Staff at our busy late bar. As a crucial part of our dynamic establishment, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences by delivering top-notch service and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

1. Bar Staff:

Take orders and serve a variety of beverages, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established recipes and presentation standards.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, recommend drinks, answer questions, and provide an overall enjoyable bar experience.
Handle cash and electronic transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate till balances.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, restocking supplies as needed during busy periods.

2. Floor Staff:

Welcome guests as they enter the establishment, assist in seating.
Clear tables, clean spills, and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable atmosphere, identifying and addressing any potential issues.

3. Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with other staff members, including bartenders, servers, and security staff, to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to relay orders, special requests, and any relevant information.

4. Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Adhere to proper sanitation and hygiene practices, including handling and disposal of waste, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of staff and customers.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy shifts with composure.
Flexibility to work late-night hours, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering customer service.
