As a Process/Equipment Engineer, you will focus on delivering a robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data driven analytics and systematic problem-solving skills.</p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br />The successful candidate will work as a Process/Equipment Engineer on Intel leading edge technology nodes, partnering with engineers from various disciplines and other departments as well as integrated module teams.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b>In this role, you will:</b></p><ul><li><p>Own and continuously improve process performance within your assigned module or area.</p></li><li><p>Support the development, qualification, and transfer of new process/automation technologies into High Volume Manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Drive process optimization to achieve targets in safety, quality, yield, output, and cost.</p></li><li><p>Use statistical analysis, data analytics, and structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes, reduce variability, and improve process capability.</p></li><li><p>Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex process issues in partnership with equipment, manufacturing, quality, and module engineering teams.</p></li><li><p>Drive defect reduction, yield improvement, and process matching across tools and work centres.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-site teams to implement process improvements and share best practices.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with manufacturing and equipment engineering teams to improve tool performance, process stability, and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the implementation of automation solutions that improve process control, productivity, and manufacturing robustness.</p></li><li><p>Support technology ramp, process change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the fab.</p></li><li><p>Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute technical expertise to team development.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Qualifications:</b></h2><p>To be initially considered for this position, <b>you should have:</b></p><ul><li><p>A Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of industrial experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-technology manufacturing environment.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in one or more of the following process areas: Deposition, Lithography, Etching, Ion Implantation, Annealing, or Chemical Mechanical Planarization.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive technical decisions and process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Experience in process troubleshooting, process control, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering and operations teams.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Preferred </b>qualifications.
