We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
