Full job description

ATM Contracting is seeking an experienced and highly organised Part-Time Accounts & Office Administrator to support our contracting business.

Hours: 12 hours per weekPay: €20 per hourLocation: Fully remote within IrelandSchedule: Flexible over two or three weekdays

Main responsibilities:

Processing customer and supplier invoices Following up outstanding customer accounts Maintaining accurate bookkeeping and banking records Preparing accounts information for our external accountant Assisting with payroll, ROS, VAT, PAYE and RCT records Managing company and vehicle insurance documentation Monitoring motor tax, CVRT/DOE, servicing and other van renewal dates Administering diesel cards and maintaining vehicle records Assisting with employee and subcontractor onboarding Collecting and maintaining required contractor documentation Maintaining an organised compliance and renewal calendar General company filing, emails and administration

The successful candidate should have:

Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping or office administration Knowledge of Irish bookkeeping and business administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using email, Microsoft Excel and accounting software Experience with ROS, RCT or construction administration would be an advantage The ability to work independently and manage deadlines Reliable internet and a suitable private home-working environment A trustworthy and confidential approach to company information

This is a permanent part-time remote position. References will be required.
