Full job description

[Please note this is a FULL TIME ROLE ONLY and would not suit students. Do not apply for this role if you're in school or college and looking for summer/weekend work. This would only suit someone who can work full time only and also someone who is taking a year out of college e.g. can work full-time including from Sept onwards]

What You Bring

A customer-obsessed attitude — you care about every detail of the customer experience
Super-friendly, confident, and naturally warm and engaging
Strong communication, focus, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A sharp eye for standards & attention to detail — you’re always scanning the floor and making sure customers have everything they need and confident upselling more food, drinks, desserts
Fluent English (REQUIRED) and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving team

This Role is NOT for You If:

If you're not a super friendly person
You just want to clock in and out
You don’t like pressure or being very busy
You want easy shifts and minimal effort
You’re not serious about high standards or delivering exceptional service

Your Core Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class customer experience — warm, fast, and personal every time
Greet every customer like they’re walking into your own home
Handle food and drink orders, payments, and front-of-house duties with speed and precision
Keep the restaurant spotless and organised, always ready for the next customer
Multi-task between service, table clearing, cleaning, looking after customers, and more — no job too small
Take initiative, solve problems fast, and lead by example every day
Maintain exceptional standards in hygiene, food safety, service, and team support
