Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

Via our incentive ‘Nero 90’, our Baristas and Shift Leaders also have the opportunity to receive an additional 15c per hour, if their store collectively achieves the Customer Satisfaction score.
Paid breaks.
Unlimited free handmade drinks and up to 75% off food and packaged drinks when you’re on shift.
50% off all handmade drinks and up to 40% off everything else when you’re off shift.
Additional pay on Bank Holidays.
Recommend a Friend scheme – a cash reward if you find new people for the team!
