Full job description

Insulated Chimneys is the market leader in the installation of twin wall flues in industrial and commercial premises with a particular specialty for Data Centres.

Due to the continued expansion of its business it urgently needs to recruit an additional experienced Office Administrator with knowledge of construction sites and manufacturing processes to work as part of its team based in Summerhill currently and shortly in Trim.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with Microsoft Office products have a familiarity with construction sites and the scheduling of work and crews.

In coping with fast-changing situations the administrator will be able to schedule and arrange site inductions and the relevant machine hire and ensure that the relevant RAMS templates are complete.

In addition the candidate will also be familiar with and capable of scheduling deliveries, flights and overseas crew accommodation.

The candidate will be a self-starter with initiative, who is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The job will be ideally suited to an industry professional who wishes to guide and support a young team.
