We are looking for a highly organised, friendly, and proactive Clinic Administrator to join our clinic. This is a varied role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and providing a warm, professional front-of-house experience.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining clinician diaries.
- Processing client payments and handling daily transactions.
- Ordering of food, medicine and clinical supplies
- Monitoring and managing stock levels and inventory.
- Preparing and maintaining the staff rota.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative systems are up to date.
- Assisting with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers, email, and appointment management systems.
- Previous administration or reception experience (healthcare or veterinary experience is an advantage but not essential).
