Find Secretary Jobs in Moate County Westmeath

Accounts administration using Sage – supplier invoices, customer invoicing, quotations, statements and payments
Credit control and following up on outstanding accounts
Purchasing, sourcing materials, stock ordering and purchase orders
Maintaining supplier, stock and pricing information
Health & Safety administration, including RAMS, training records and equipment servicing
Coordinating deliveries, collections, tool/machine hire and installer travel
Supporting sales and production when required
General problem-solving and day-to-day operational support

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, comfortable working across several areas and confident dealing with customers and suppliers.

Experience with Sage, accounts, credit control and office administration is desirable.
