Full-Time Senior Sales Assistant

Luna Bella Ladies Boutique – Mallow, Co. Cork

Luna Bella Boutique is the go-to destination for chic casual wear and luxurious investment pieces. With handpicked collections from across Europe, Luna Bella Boutique caters to all customers both in-store and online.

We are seeking applications for a Full-Time Senior Sales Assistant who will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting the successful day-to-day operation of the boutique. The role requires a strong customer focus, a genuine interest in fashion and styling, and the ability to provide a professional and personalised service to our customers.

In addition to sales and customer service responsibilities, this role will include a number of additional operational responsibilities, including supporting opening and closing procedures, cash and stock processes, and the smooth operation of the boutique when the Boutique Owner is unavailable. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday and three Saturdays out of every four.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome all customers to Luna Bella Boutique with confidence and ensure they have a positive experience through excellent customer service
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures, keyholder responsibilities, and cash reconciliation, where required
Build positive relationships with customers and develop an understanding of their individual preferences and requirements
Assist customers in putting together outfits and enhance the customer experience by recommending accessories that complement their purchase
Maintain high standards throughout the boutique, including the shop floor, fitting rooms, displays and customer areas, and assist with visual merchandising and seasonal displays
Assist customers with their requests and queries in person, over the phone or by email
Handle any customer concerns efficiently and to the highest possible standards, escalating to the boutique owner as necessary

About You

3 – 5 years’ retail sales experience, preferably within ladies’ fashion
Previous managerial experience an advantage
A genuine interest in fashion and styling and confidence in advising customers
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills and good commercial awareness
Ambition and willingness to undertake additional operational responsibilities Professional, reliable and positive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work across the boutique’s opening hours, including working three Saturdays out of every four
Successful candidate must have full authorisation to work in Ireland

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
