# Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Location: Letterkenny

Hours: Part-Time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in producing accurate work.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Sage Accounting and be confident managing day-to-day accounting tasks with minimal supervision.

### Responsibilities

- Processing purchase and sales invoices

- Bank reconciliations

- Credit control and monitoring customer accounts

- Preparing supplier payments

- Maintaining accurate financial records

- Assisting with month-end accounts

- General accounts and office administration

- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required

### What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role

- Experience using Sage Accounting is essential

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

- Professional, trustworthy and able to work independently

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
