Full job description

Kinnitty Castle is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team.

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Chef de Partie will assist our successful kitchen team across a variety of food outlets, including Slí Dala Restaurant, The Dungeon Bar and our busy banqueting and events operation. Kinnitty Castle offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate eager to build their career within a dynamic and historic hospitality setting.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
Support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining appropriate hygiene systems during food preparation and storage.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge and passion for food, menu creation, and sustainability.
Bring previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
Maintain a mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Possess a strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
