Full job description

We are currently adding to our kitchen team here at the Kiltimagh Park Hotel. We require a full time Chef d e Partie . The Role for the right candidate is on a full time basis. Our dynamic kitchen team are passionate about food and using and respecting the best of our local produce is fundamental to the position

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Kiltimagh. It's a very busy food & beverage based business. The hotel is well known locally for its food and service. We have a bar/Bistro serving Lunch and dinner. We host a wide range of family occasions and our banqueting suite hosts weddings, dinner dances etc.

The ideal candidate must have experience in a busy HoteI kitchen or a high volume unit and have a passion for fresh food and service delivery

Responsibilities

To ensure a very high standard of food is consistently produced

Ensuring that your team and their section is fully prepped for service

Contribute to new menu design and implementation

Good Kitchen Management and ability to work well with others

Follow and maintain HACCP controls and procedures and Allergens

Ability to coordinate muti menu choice on functions, restaurant and bar service

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.

Up to date knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods.

Experience in a fast paced kitchen.Ambitious with a willingness to learn

Consistency is key

A current work permit is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
