Location: MaxPhysio Charleville and Carrigtwohill

Part-Time Admin Support (3 to 4 days per week)

MaxPhysio is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Part-Time Admin Support team member (3 to 4 days per week) to join our growing team. Your primary working locations will be our Charleville and Carrigtwohill clinics.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Welcome clients to the clinic with a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with client enquiries.

Appointment Management

Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Payment Handling

Process payments accurately, manage invoices, and issue receipts.

Appointment Reminder Calls

Support the admin team with appointment reminder calls and follow-up communication.

Inventory Management

Monitor clinic supplies and place orders to ensure essential stock levels are maintained.

Clinic Presentation

Help maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception and clinic environment.

Administrative Support

Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.

About You

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexible to work from both Charleville & Carrigtwohill locations
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning and using booking and practice management systems.
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to contribute to a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
