Role/ Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes in line with the hotel's standards.

Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently to a 5-star level.

Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.

Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels during service.

Keep the kitchen and breakfast stations clean, organised, and well-stocked.

Work effectively with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth and efficient breakfast service.

About The Role
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and quality.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
