Qualifications And Experience

Proactive attitude, proven history of driving results
Team player
Experience working with various software packages, including Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and develop relationship with your clients ensuring first class customer service levels.
Support services include process water sampling, wet end chemistry, water treatment, equipment maintenance, reporting, and chemical inventory management, water hygiene services (temperature monitoring. Shower sterilisations, CWST sterilisations)
Manage policies in line with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.

Good verbal and written communication skills
Results driven and able to work under pressure
Excellent time management and territory planning skills
Showing accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Enthusiastic and positive approach
Must possess a current full driving licence
